The Grand Calibur compares to the Sizzix Big Shot Pro, but the price is much more reasonable. Many of the leading brand dies will work in this machine including Quickutz, Sizzix, Provo Craft Cuttlebug and Bosskut. The dimensions of the Calibur are 16 inches long x 11 inches wide x 9 inches tall vs the Big Shot Pro which is 24 1/4" x 15" x 7 1/2". The weight of the Calibur is 8 pounds vs Big Shot Pro at approximately 40 plus pounds with all the pads.
