What's New at The Baker's Wife

We are so happy as new product is arriving daily. We just got in Technique Tuesday. We got 24 - yes that's right - 24 new clear design sets. There are so many great ones I don't know which ones to talk about. A couple of my favorites are "Hanging by a Thread" (pictured) which are all stitches and "Two Steppin' in the Garden" which is a two step flower stamp. We also got in the Technique Tiles (it is chipboard covered with a white coating). If you haven't seen or tried these yet they are really great for scrapbook pages - have the Ric Rac, Scalloped, Wavy and Zigzag Baseboards. Also the petals tiles which could be used on cards. You can paint them, emboss them, color with chalks or whatever your heart desires, embellish with stickles, ribbons, etc.

Another new line we just brought in is Queen & Company. We have the Felt Fusion fall/leaves in rust, brown and green and also the felt fusion black scroll. Felt fusion is felt on an adhesive background. It comes in strips of 3' and you cut it apart and adhere to your scrapbook pages and cards - adds alot of dimension and texture to your projects and is very easy to work with. Also got the Halloween, Winter and Christmas Jewels which are adhesive and add some "bling" to your projects. Also new sequins in some great colors and shaped flower brads in both the small and large size.

Today we got in the new Flair Christmas line called Holly Jolly and is it ever beautiful! We have four different coordinating cardstock stickers and the paper is just great - know you're going to love it!

In from Creative Imaginations is their Winter Garden paper collection along with the 12x12 sticker sheet, Epoxy stickers, coordinating Bazzill paper pack and the Winter Garden ribbon (I really love the ribbon) We also got in several new cooking papers and coordinating 12x12 cardstock stickers and epoxy stickers along with two coordinating ribbons. Also Soccer, Baseball, Football, and Basketball papers and stickers.

Well that's what's new at the Baker's Wife. We can hardly wait until you come in so we can show you all of our great new products! Looking forward to seeing you soon!

October Newsletter

It's hard to believe that we are already a week in to October already, but here we are! Hopefully you are all ready for the change in weather that is fast approaching, until then...stop in and check out what we have for you at the store, all is sure to make you want to cozy up and start crafting!

We've received the new Basic Grey papers, die-cuts, and letter stickers for the Infuse Collection, Recess Collection, Mellow Collection, Periphery Collection, Obscure Collection and the Figgy Pudding Christmas Collection. Along with these we also have the coordinating buttons, fibers and in some cases rub-ons that correspond with each collection. The girls have also made some projects with these papers and embellishments so be sure to ask for some ideas while you are here and remember that you can bring in your camera!

Also in this month are some goodies from Heidi Swapp. We got in her really big blooms which we are selling at the counter for 25 cents each, some chipboard adhesive backed letters, metallic rub-ons, chipboard mini shapes, paper flowers and some bling to add to your flower centers! *Please note that florals in store are white.

We now have in more Cuttlebug Machines as well as the accessories that accompany it. If you haven't had the opportunity to use this machine stop in and ask one of the girls to show you how to use it for creating die-cuts or to use as an embossing machine. It is so versatile, compact and fun! In addition to the Cuttlebug we now have in the Cuttlekids machine with the dies that accompany it.

Coming soon is more holiday papers and embellishments...stay tuned for further updates on products as well as what's going on at the store!

Until next time, best wishes to you and you family and as always we look forward to seeing you!
